Width and depth are where we have surprised people — we have set up in smaller gardens and more awkward corners than you would expect. Ceiling height is the one measurement that cannot bend: below the height listed, the ball cannot be struck safely. Send us your measurements before you book and we will tell you honestly whether it works. What we confirm in writing is what applies on the day.
Securing your date
A 50% deposit, non-refundable, confirms your date the moment you accept the quote. The balance is due 48 hours before we set up.
Power within 30m
We need a standard 220V plug point within 30 metres of where the bay will stand — that is the length of the industrial extension lead we bring. If your only outlet is further away, tell us when you enquire so we can plan for it.
Right-handed clubs only
The club set we bring is right-handed. Left-handed guests are welcome to bring their own clubs — just let us know when you book so we can plan the bay around it.
If the date has to move
Cancel more than 7 days out and your deposit is held against another date within six months. Inside 7 days, the full booking fee is forfeited.

The number on the calculator above is what you pay. Delivery, build, calibration, the technician who runs your whole session, and pack-down at the end are all inside it.

Transport, assembly, calibration and testing — finished before your first guest arrives, outside your booked hours.
We run the session
A professional technician stays for the duration, setting up players, coaching beginners and keeping the rotation moving.
We pack it all down
Everything comes apart and goes back in the van once your guests have gone. Your venue is left exactly as we found it.
No setup fee. No technician fee. No equipment hire on top. Travel beyond the first 20km is the one thing quoted separately, and we confirm it in writing before you commit. Anything else only ever applies in the situations set out in our booking terms — a site that turns out to be unusable, or a pack-down the venue delays past the agreed time.

Branded Enclosure Prints
From R1,300Custom printed panels fitted to the outdoor enclosure — your logo, event branding or campaign artwork, sized and mounted by us. It turns the bay into the backdrop everyone photographs. Artwork needs to reach us at least 10 business days before your date.
Live Leaderboard
R2,000A live standings page your guests can follow on their own phones, or put up on a second screen anywhere at the venue. Scores update as each shot lands, so the competition stays visible to people who are nowhere near the bay.

Distance is measured from Somerset West Country Club. It is the only variable that sits outside the package price, and we confirm it in writing before you commit.
